Look At The Above Image We Have To ADD 378+482=860

For Easy Calculations , There Is A Trick Of OPENING NUMBERS [Like 378 Opened Into 300+70+8] As 3 Is In HUNDRED PLACE It will Be 300, 7 Is In TENSE PLACE It will Be 70, 8 Is In ONCE i.e. Single So Will Be 8 

Same For 482 Becomes 400, 80, 2

Now We Have To Easily Add 300 With 400, 70 With 80 And 8 With 2 Becomes 700+150+10=860.
