Here You will learn About Numeration System:-

You have seen commas to represent number easily For Example 10,000. There Is a Comma After 10 And There After Three Zeros Came known As TEN THOUSAND. It is according to the INDIAN SYSTEM Of Numeration .

* Mainly There are TWO Systems Of Numeration:-

1. INDIAN SYSTEM OF NUMERATION

2. INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM OF NUMERATION

In Indian System Of Numeration, we use ones, tens, hundreds, thousands, lakhs and crores etc.The first comma comes after hundreds place ,three digits from the right, and marks THOUSAND. Second Comes after two digits later ,five digits from the right, marks LAKH .Third Comes After Another Two Digits,seven Digits from the right marks CRORE  

E.G. 7,02,01,472 As Seven Crore Two Lakh One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two.

In International System Of Numeration, One Million is a Thousand Thousands. Commas Are Used to mark Thousands And Millions Comes After Every Three Digits from The RIGHT. First Comma Marks THOUSAND ,next marks MILLIONs.

E.G. 70,201,472 As Seventy Million Two Hundred One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two.

To Express Larger Number than A Million a Billion Is Used.

1 billion = 1000 million
